A south Florida resident, Bhenoy B. Dembla has 39 years of business experience, beginning as a systems hardware engineer and project engineer. Since his time as an engineer, Bhenoy “Ben” Dembla has been a venture capitalist and executive, with years of experience raising funding across multiple industries.
Over the years, Ben Dembla has been an analyst, manager, head of a business division, senior vice president, and first vice president. He held the latter two roles simultaneously at a Fortune 50 company. He has played an integral role in client relations, human resources, and business planning and strategy. His expertise includes industrial and textile original equipment manufacturing, project engineering consulting, and financial services.
Today, Ben Dembla is retired, but still advises small companies and startups on capital and seed money fundraising, private and equity capital, brand building, succession planning, and exit strategies. He also consults with clients on acquiring owner-operated businesses in hospitality, entertainment, and real estate.
Mr. Dembla holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA in finance and corporate accounting from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. His philanthropic endeavors include supporting Hooved Animal Rescue and Protection Society and the Ben and Emily Dembla Foundation. He is also a member of the Rotary Society.
